Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Are aged 18 and over

Lacking capacity to give consent

Able to read, write and speak English

Under the age of 18

Confirmed diagnosis of advanced heart failure (NYHA class III-IV)

 

Physically and mentally capable of participation (judged by cardiologist)

 

Willing to be involved
