Flow diagram of the study procedure. Participants will be randomized (1:1 allocation ratio) to Op-reha Guide (intervention group) or usual rehabilitation (control group) in the RCT arm. Assessments will be performed at baseline (T0 randomisation), day 1 (T1), day 8 (T2), day 15 (T3), and day 22 (T4) in RCT and observation arms. Notes.
