- Change in HRQoL using EORTC QLQ-C30 pre and post C3PAC model deployment. (Permission to use the Hindi and Punjabi versions of EORTC QLQ-C30 has been obtained)

- Change in symptoms as measured by an adapted symptom assessment scale.
